Mike
Mike is an I.T. Manager. He has developed two simulations for DARPA contracts. A former art director, he is responsible for most of the photography and layout for OSS's recent releases. He has designed a dozen board and card games. He is also relentlessly evil.

Brian
Brian is an IT Professional -- Telecommunications and Network. Brian has worked the last 7 years for large private companies. He works to keep people in touch with each other and their data. He has survived several rounds of layoffs, which means he is probably doing something right, or is just very lucky.

Sierra is an Office and Showroom Manager at Sutton Plumbing. She is currently chasing her progeny around her desk.

Jan is the primary assembler and a solid organizer for OSS. She doesn't play games because she has wisdom, maturity, and no sense of humor.

Joseph
Joseph is the editor of Strategy & Tactics, the leading wargame simulation magazine. He has 100 or so published games to his credit, as well as being chief designer for two DARPA/USAF projects. He has also contributed to several projects for Red Storm and Talonsoft. He does not watch television and in his spare time he is a cyberpunk.

Kara
Kara is a programmer, gamer, and HTML hack who is responsible for some of the recent upgrades to this very website. And her hair smells terrific.

David
Dave is also a programmer, but doesn't look nearly as good as Kara in a dress -- or anything else. When not upgrading the site, he is getting bad haircuts and driving embarassing vehicles.

The Compound
The Compound is the home for Mike and One Small Step. Equipped with a wet bar, pool table, and parking for twelve, it is an ideal location for gathering and playing/playtesting/developing games. Oh, and free golf balls.
