ORDERING POLICIESOne Small Step provides its products to normal distribution channels, so our products should be available at or through your local hobby store. If you desire to purchase online, OSS provides an Online system and a Mail Order system for your use. Please click on the appropriate link on the Ordering Main Page for more information and service. One Small Step does not accept e-mail orders. We feel that email is an unsecure medium, and the threat of stolen credit card numbers is too high to pass this risk to our customers. If you include an email address, we will email you when we ship. All items are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail or Global Priority Mail. If you have special shipping needs, please let us know, but be advised that we have chosen the USPS because they are absolutely the cheapest for what we do.
