DEMO BUCK POLICIESUnder certain situations, One Small Step distributes Demo Bucks to individual consumers. These are coupons that look like play money. Demo Bucks may be redeemed towards the purchase of any product on the OSS website or at any convention dealers booth operated by OSS personnel. Each Demo Buck coupon has a stated value, and acts as its stated value in US currency towards the purchase of any merchandise we sell. To redeem any Demo Bucks you possess, you may mail them in with your order and any additional funds that may be necessary, using the process described in the Mail Order page, or you may apply towards a purchase at our booth at your local hobby convention. In neither case will you receive change for the Demo Bucks. If you turn in a ten Demo Buck coupon and wish to buy a $6.95 item, you will receive absolutely no change. Not even more Demo Bucks. None. If you purchased a $25 item, and used a ten Demo Buck coupon and a $20 bill to pay for it, you would, of course, receive $5 cash as change. That's right. We do give change for actual money, but not for Demo Bucks. To accumulate Demo Bucks of your own, all you have to do is participate in demonstrations and tournaments of our products at your local game convention or hobby store (providing we are running or sponsoring the event…), or sign up to be one of our Irregulars, in which case we will hook you up with Demo Bucks as you run demonstrations and tournaments for us.
